The Dohoo media library is your centralized cloud storage hub for every piece of content you create. Instead of juggling local folders and separate upload flows for each social network, you store all your videos and images in one place and access them from any device — then push directly to any platform when you’re ready.

Cloud sync across all devices

Every file you upload is immediately synced to the cloud and available from your browser on any device. Whether you upload a video from your desktop or your phone, it appears instantly in your media library. Your team members with access to your account see the same library in real time.

Supported file types

Dohoo accepts video and image files in the most common formats for social media publishing. Images do not count against your monthly upload quota on any plan — only video files are metered.

Storage and upload limits by plan

Your plan determines the maximum size of any single file you can upload and how many video files you can upload each month.

Blogger

  • Max file size: 1 GB
  • Monthly uploads: 90 files
  • Images don’t count toward the limit

Business

  • Max file size: 2 GB
  • Monthly uploads: 250 files
  • Images don’t count toward the limit

Agency

  • Max file size: 4 GB
  • Monthly uploads: 550 files
  • Images don’t count toward the limit
  • Videos under 150 MB don’t count toward the limit
Published posts free up your scheduled-post slots, but uploaded files remain in your library and count toward the monthly upload quota for the month they were uploaded.

Organize files with folders

Folders let you group related content so you can find and act on it quickly. You can create as many folders as you need.
1

Create a folder

In your media library, click New Folder, enter a name, and press Enter to save.
2

Add files to a folder

Drag and drop files onto the folder, or select files and choose Move to Folder from the action menu.
3

Rename a folder

Right-click (or click the menu) on any folder and select Rename. Type the new name and confirm.
4

Delete a folder

Click the menu on the folder and select Delete. You can choose to delete the folder only or the folder along with all files inside it.

Download files from the library

To download a file to your local device, click the menu on any file and select Download. The file downloads in its original format and quality.
Organize your library with folders named by campaign, client, or platform — for example, Q3-Campaign / Instagram or ClientA / YouTube. This makes it easy to batch-schedule content and hand off files to team members without confusion.
